Biography
Dr. BI Changhao is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Microbiology, University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences , China
Research Interest
Design and construct microbial cell factories with knowledge and techniques in the field of Metabolic Engineering and Synthetic Biology to produce chemical feedstock, biofuels and natural products as medicines or precursors. Our lab especially focuses on engineering non-model organisms with desired metabolic capabilities, resistance and natural products.
