Biography
Zhiqiang Cao received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Shandong University of Technology, China, in 1996 and 1999, respectively. In 2002, he received the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. He is currently an associate professor in the State Key Laboratory of Management and Control for Complex Systems, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
