Dr. Han, Hua is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences , China.
Research Interest
My current R&D fields include engineering research in IC reverse analysis methodology and engineering development of advanced IC analysis system. It also conducts engineering projects of military and commercial IC design and analysis.
