Biography
Dr. HAN Qi is currently working as a Professor in the Department of History of Natural Sicences, Chinese Academy of Sciences , China.
Research Interest
His research interests includes History of Chinese Science and Technology (esp. transmission of Western science in China, history of mathematics and astronomy in late Ming and early Qing), social history of Chinese science, East-West Cross-Cultural Studies, Ming-Qing History, History of Chinese Christianity in the 17th and 18th centuries, history of cultural contacts in East Asia, history of Chinese printing and books.
