Biography
Dr. HE received B.S. from College of Forest, Shenyang Agricultural University in 1984, and Ph.D. from Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1997, and further studied at University of Alberta in Canada in 1995. Invited to visit the USA, Canada, Russia, Germany, New Zealand, Mongolia, Korea and other countries and participate in many international conferences.
Research Interest
Dr. HE mainly engaged in urban forest ecology and plant-microbe symbiotic ecology, and presided more than twenty research projects including National “973” program, National Key technologies R&D Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China and Major Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. And got high attainments in some research areas such as structure and function of urban forest, optimization of agro-forestry landscape, tree mycorrhiza, nitrogen metabolism of nitrogen-fixing trees and its mechanism in mixed forest, and plant-microbe symbiotic ecology and its application technology.
