Biography
He was born in Shandong Province, China He received the B.S. degree in Mining Engineering from Huainan MiningInstitute, An Hui Province, China, in 1991 and the M.S. degree in Safety Technology and Engineering From Shandong Mining Institute,Shandong Province, China, in 1994. From 1994 to 1999, he was a teacher at the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department of Shandong Agricultural University, Shandong Province, China. In 2002, he received the Ph.D. degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, where he is currently an associate professor in the Lab of complex System and Intelligent Science. His areas of interests include robotics, computer vision and manufacturing system.
