Lin Yu completed his Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA and M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA.Yu-Pin Lin done his B.S. in Agricultural Engineering (Bioenvironmental Systems Engineering), National Taiwan University, Taiwan.
