Biography
Dr. LIU Bin is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Foreign Languages, University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences , China. Honors l Awarded “Excellent Teacher” for the course “Spoken English for Academic Purposes” in 1991, “MS English” in 1993 and 1998, and “Phonetics and Phonology” in 2004 in GUCAS and 2011 in the Department of Foreign Languages, GUCAS. l Awarded “Excellent Youth Price” in 1995 in GUCAS. l Awarded “Excellent individual” in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2011. l One of the teachers awarded the “Award for Outstanding Pedagogical Achievements”, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2nd prize) in 2008.
