Liu Haibo

Biography

Dr. Haibo Liu got Ph.D degree from the governmental joint program between China and Japan in 1997. After then, he conducted two post doctor researches in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and National Science and Technology Policy Institute of Japan (NISTEP). During that period, his academic interest was policy process.  Dr. Haibo Liu started IPR policy study in 2003 with a project funded by National IPR Office of China when he worked in CASS. He joined CASIPM in 2006. Now his research focus is commercialization of technology and IPR. He has some publications on the theme.
