Biography
Dr. LIU is currently a professor of Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He got his PhD from Institute of Biophysics, CAS in 2003. He got his first Postdoc Training in University of Michigan from Nov. 2003 to Apr. 2005. Then he was trained as a postdoc in Yale University in May. 2005. After one year, he moved to the University of Chicago. In Chicago, he was appointed as research associate (assistant professor). He was recruited as a professor in Beijing Institute of Genomics in 2009.
Research Interest
Our group is trying to integrate genomics method to understand some fundamental questions in epigenetic inheritance, animal development and cancer pathogenesis.
