Biography
Ph. D. East-China Normal University, 1997; worked in several research institutes and universities in USA and Europe from 1998 to 2009; joined Institute of Microbiology, CAS in 2009 as principle investigator supported by “one-hundred talent program”.
Research Interest
Dr. Qiu’s research focuses on plant perception of pathogenic microbes and signal transduction mechanism of plant disease resistance, and aims to develop new strategies for crop improvement.
