2006-Present: Visiting Professor in MIT USA; 2003-2004: Senior Visiting Fellow at German Heavy Ion Accelerator Center; 2000-2002: Senior engineer at Oxford Instruments; 1998-2000: Senior researcher at Samsung Advanced Institute, South Korea; 1996-1997: Ministry of Science and Technology in Korea (STEPI) funded in Korea Electric Research Institute; 1996-2001: Associate Professor, Huazhong University of Science and Technology; 1994-1996: Faculty of Engineering, Kyushu University, JSPS, Post-doctoral;  1991-1994: Institute of Electrical Engineering, Ph.D. degree; 1989-1991: Institute of Plasma Physics CAS, Cryogenics, Master's degree; 1982-1986: Department of Physics, Hubei University, Bachelor's degree.
