2004 –: Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)，Professor. 2001-2004：Fujitsu R&D Center，researcherï¼› 1999-2001：Institute of Acoustics, CAS，Postdcotorï¼› 1996-1999：Institute of Automation, CAS，Ph.Dï¼› 1993-1996：Dalian University of Technology，M.Eï¼› 1989-1993：Dalian University of Technology，B.Eï¼› He is a professor and deputy director in the Lab of Complex Systems and Intelligence Science at Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA). He is also a member of Academic Committee of CASIA, an editorial member of Acta Automatica Sinica, IEEE member, and INCOSE member.
