Biography

Xi guangcheng, research professor, doctoral teacher. In the early-to-mid 1980s, he has ever engaged work about theory and application of complex systems. He is a main participant in National Key Scientific and Technological Project . Work of this project has obtained first prize of advance on science and technology and substantially contributing prize of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1987 year's. Since 1989, he has principally engaged in theoretical studies about neural networks, intelligent systems and abstract neural automata. Such works are continuously supported by NSFC. He is head of such projects: (1989-1991); (1992-1994); (1994-1996); (1997-1999); (2000-2001); (2002-2002); (2003-2003).Xi guangcheng, research professor, doctoral teacher. modeling and analyzing of Complex system: ——theoretical research about stochastic neural network and abstract neural automata; ——study of methodology of entropy in complex system modeling.
