Biography
Prof. Dr. Xingzhong Liu, a Principle Investigator, at Institute of Microbiology, CAS, obtained his Ph. D. from Beijing Agricultural University (1991). He was the Director of State Key Laboratory of Mycology, Institute of Microbiology(2011-2017). He serves as executive committee member of International Mycological Association, Chairman of Asia Mycological Association, editors of Scientific Report and Editor-in Chief of Mycology.
Research Interest
His research interests mainly lie in fungal community in unusual niches and coevolution between fungi and insects and nematodes.
