Biography
Now a doctoral instructor of IECAS; Research Associate; Director of programmable chip and Systems Laboratory, Professor of Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences "Hundred Talents", Introduced foreign outstanding talent in "Hundred Talents", Deputy Director of State Key Laboratory of Transducer Technology. In 1983 graduated from Fudan University, Department of Physics, received a bachelor's degree; in 1986 received a master's degree in Electronic Engineering at Fudan University; from 1986 to 1987 in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Fudan University, served as Associate Professor; in 1988 funded by the British Overseas Student Scholarship and the University of Cambridge Barclays Scholarship, went to Cambridge University Engineering Department, and received a doctorate in 1991; from 1991 to 1995 in the United Kingdom did post-doctoral research at Cambridge University Engineering Department; from 1995 to 2004, worked as the director of IC design engineer and the technical director in units including Wolfson Microelectronics Corporation of UK, LSI Logic's R&D center in Europe, Hitachi Microsystems European R&D Center, USA Altera's European R&D center; and returned home in 2004. With over 20-year experience in designing microelectronics IC and system (including sixteen years of foreign professional and technical R & D experience). During the work in abroad semiconductor industry R & D center, hosted and completed the development and design of a number of world-class high-end integrated circuit chip products. While working as a Project Leader at University of Cambridge of UK, undertook and completed two British national research projects on integrated circuit technology innovations. Currently preside over large-scale programmable logic chip design and micro-nano sensor chip system integration studies, and undertake the National Natural Science Foundation of China, major national scientific and technological projects in 863 key projects, Chinese Academy of Sciences projects on important directions.
