Biography
Zhang Jiang is the vice president of CASS, and as a member of its leading Party members’ group.Zhang Jiang is the vice president of CASS. He was an official at the Office for Policy Research in the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, deputy head of the Publicity Department of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and executive deputy director of the Research Center for Deng Xiaoping Theory of Guangdong Province.
