Biography
Zhang Yingwei is now head of the Discipline Inspection Group sent to CASS by the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and a member of the leading Party members’ group of CASS. He is a native of Tu Quan County, Inner Mongolia.Zhang became a member of the CPC in December 1973, and began his career in August 1974. He received a postgraduate certificate at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee.
