Biography
Allen Y. Chang received his degree of Doctor of Computer Science from New York University of Science and Technology. Currently, he is the Deputy Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Taiwan Futures Exchange High Commissioner and New Zealand Citibank Software Development Engineer.
