Biography
Dr. Bai Yunchang received his degree of Doctor of Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, USA. Currently, he is the Professor in the Department of Economics in Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Director of Energy and Environment Research Center, China Economic Research Institute.
