Biography
Bear with Quan received his degree of Doctor of Agriculture, Kyushu University, Japan. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Horticulture and Biotechnology of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Director of Taiwan Flower Development Association.
