Biography
Chang-Lung Tsai Jimmy received his degree of Doctor of Electrical Engineering from National Central University. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance of Universal University of Technology and as an Assistant Professor in National Security Agency
