Biography
Chia-ching Tsai received her Ph.D. from School of Curriculum Design and Teaching, Idaho State University, USA. Currently, she is the Assistant Professor in the Department of English Literature of Chinese Culture University.
Research Interest
English teaching, computer aided instructional design, curriculum design and evaluation, special bilingual education TESOL.
