Biography
Dr. Chiang I-cheng received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Delaware, USA. Currently, he is the Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Chairman of Department in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Chinese Culture University.
