Biography
Chih-Hsing Liao received his degree of Doctor of Economics from National University of Political Science. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Economics of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics of China University of Culture.
