Biography
Chung-Hsin Liu received his degree of Doctor of Information Engineering from Tsinghua University. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as full-time Assistant Researcher in China Telecom Company Telecommunications Research Institute ans as an Associate Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
