Biography
Dwen-Ren Tsai received his degree of Doctor of Information Science from New York City University. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Director of Chinese Culture and Information Engineering and Information Science Department.
