Biography
Dr. Fu Ho-ling received his Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from University of Colorado, USA. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering in Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Part-Time Associate Professor in Tamkang University.
