Biography
Guo Guocheng received his degree of Bachelor of Business from School of Management of National Defense University and Ph.D degree from University of Edinburgh. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of International Trade in Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Director of the Army Command, Associate Dean of School of Management, National Defense University and as an Army Headquarters Director of the Department of Development
