Biography
Dr. Huang Jeng-Tze received his degree of B.S. and M.S. from National Central University, Taiwan and Ph.D. in Electrical and Control Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. Currently, he is the Professor & Head of Department in Chinese Culture University.
