Biography
Huang Rongyuan received his degree of Bachelor of Political Science from Soochow University and Master of International Affairs and Strategy from Tamkang University. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Management of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in the Institute of Political Science of National Taiwan Normal University.
