Biography
Huang Zhiming received his degree of Doctor of Information Engineering from Jiaotong University. Currently, he is the Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Professor in Xuanzang University, Associate Professor and Headmaster of Xuanzang University and as Technical Director in Flying Network Co., Ltd.
