Biography
Liao Ru Long received his degree of Doctor of Management, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Director of private company information, Taiwan and Oracle and other foreign ERP / SCM consultants.
