Biography
Li-Ping Chou received his degree of Doctor of Information Engineering from Taiwan University. Currently, he is the Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as a lecturer in Tamkang and Truth University.
