Biography
Liu Guanxian received his degree of Doctor of Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California. Currently, he is the Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Research Assistant in the Department of Electrical Engineering of University of Southern California and as Teaching Assistant in the Department of Electrical Engineering of University of Southern California
