Biography
Liu Zongqing received his education from Madison School of Electrical Engineering of American Wisconsin State University. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Special Assistant to Chief Executive Officer of Taiwan Electronics Testing Center and as an Engineer in Institute of Communication Technology, Toshiba, Japan.
