Biography
Qiu Yu Ping received his degree of Doctor of Business Administration from Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Currently, he is the Assistant Professor in the Department of Advertising. He has the experience of working as Associate Professor, Department of Graphic Communication, Taiwan Normal University.
