Biography
Ray-Yun Chang received her degree of Doctor of International Economics from Donghua University. Currently, she is the Associate Professor in the Department of Economics of Chinese Culture University. She has the experience of working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics of Chinese Culture University.
