Biography
Ruan Sufen received his degree of Ph.D. from Institute of Horticulture, Taiwan University. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Horticulture and Biotechnology of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Assistant Secretary, Agricultural Improvement Institute, Taoyuan District, Executive Yuan Agricultural Committee.
