Biography
Shao Jianmin received his degree of Master of Public Administration from University of Southern California (USC). Currently, he is the Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Management of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working with Municipal Government, Los Angeles City Administration.
