Biography
Tay-Cheng Ma received his degree of Doctor of Economics from University of Johns Hopkins, USA. Currently, he is the Professor in the Department of Economics in Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in the Department of Finance of University of Applied Sciences, Kaohsiung.
