Biography
Dr. Tseng Min-lieh received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley, USA. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Teaching Assistant in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Taiwan University.
