Biography
Wang Shunwen received his degree of Doctor of Political Science from National Taiwan University. Currently, he is the Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Management of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Associate Research Fellow, National Policy Research Foundation, University of Taipei, Japan.
