Biography
Xu Guocheng received his education of Doctor of Political Science Department of Political University. Currently, he is the Assistant Professor in the Department of Urban and Environmental Planning, Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working as Associate Professor, Department of Land Management and Development, Evergreen University.
Research Interest
Urban and rural spatial development pattern and change, land planning system and legal system analysis, real estate finance and investment decision-making, land development financial assessment, urban growth management
