Biography
Yang Yingchao received his education from National Taiwan Institute of National Development. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Management of Chinese Culture University. He has the experience of working in raduate School of Chinese Culture University Postdoctoral Fellow, Deputy Secretary-General of the Nationalist Society of the Republic of China, Fellow and Chief Secretary of the Institutional Society of China.
