Biography
Yu Xiaoyun received her degree of Ph.D. from University of Southern California. Currently, she is the Associate Professor and Head of Department of Public Administration and Management. She has the experience of working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Administration as a faculty of Social Sciences in Chinese Culture University.
