Biography
Mr. Li obtained his BA in foreign investment accounting in 1991 from Jinan University and BA degree in accounting from Hainan University in1995. He has been serving Hainan International Investment Co. with increasing responsibility as account staff, head of account department, head of finance department from 1991-1996 while also served as Chief Financial Officer for one of its subsidiary, a public listed company in China. Mr. Li later jointed Guangzhou Riujun Industry Ltd and served as financial manager, member of the board of director & senior financial manager till participation in building Chipscreen in 2001. Mr. Li has been trained in Deloitte in Hong Kong and is experienced with financing and public listing in China
