Ms. Rebecca Hai

Biography

Mrs. Hai received her college degree in 1999 from Dalian Foreign Language Institution and got her Bachelor's degree in economic law from Jilin University. She has been with Shenzhen ZIDA technologies as assistant of HR department from 1999-2001 and with responsibility for employee recruitment, training and compensation. She joined Chipscreen since Sept, 2001 as the secretary to CEO and CSO with increasing responsibility from daily operation assistance, to manage secure documentations, to coordinate activity of different departments and outside visitors, to manage company’s IP portfolio, and to more senior role in coordination with members of the board of director. She is a focused person with discipline with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
