Biography
Wu Zuze(1935.10.19), hematologist, born in Zhenhai, Ningbo, became Member of the Chinese Acad in 1993. He is the first to have introduced and popularized the theory and technology of blood-m cell in China’s blood research field, and has cooperatively succeeded in the first case in the patient suffering from serious radiation sickness with the method of feral liver transplants cooperatively. He has cloned and identified Chinese human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor realized its high efficient expression. He has also discovered human origin hepatic growth fact been awarded prizes for Natural Science and for Science and Technology Progress. He has success president of Military Academy of Medical Sciences, director of China’s Experimental Blood Social managing director of China’s Medicine Society.
