Biography
Professor Yao is an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering Sciences, graduated from the department of pharmacy in Northeastern College of Pharmacy (now renamed as Shenyang Pharmaceutical University). He was former president of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. He is also assuming leading roles in several organizations such as the Commission of Pharmacy Degree Appraisal in State Council, the leader of the subject evaluation group of Chinese traditional medicine in National Natural Science Foundation, and the member of physic expert group in National Postdoctoral Administration Commission.
